This Privacy Policy explains how the Slab mobile application ("the App") handles information. By using the App, you agree to this policy.
The App does not require an account. We do not ask you for your name, email address, contacts, photos, or location, and the developer does not operate any server that receives personal information about you. There is no analytics SDK and no user profile.
Your saved games — cash, collection, binders, listings and progress — are stored locally on your device only. They are not uploaded, and they are removed when you delete the App. The App has no backup or sync feature, so a deleted save cannot be recovered by us.
The App displays third-party advertisements through Google AdMob. AdMob and its partners may collect and process information such as device identifiers, advertising identifiers, ad interaction and measurement data, coarse (non-precise) location, and general usage information in order to select, deliver and measure ads. This processing is carried out by Google, not by the developer, and the developer does not receive this information in a form that identifies you.

Where required — including in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland — the App presents a consent request managed through Google's User Messaging Platform before personalised advertising is used. You may change your choice at any time from the privacy options control inside the App.
On iOS, if the App requests permission to track you across other companies' apps and websites, it does so through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt, and you may decline. Declining does not remove ads; it makes them less relevant. You can also limit ad tracking at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security on iOS, or in your Google advertising settings on Android.
The App offers an optional one-time in-app purchase. Payment is handled entirely by Apple's App Store or Google Play. The developer never receives or stores your payment details. The App records only whether the purchase is active, and that record is stored on your device.
The App is not directed to children under 13 and the developer does not knowingly collect personal information from them.
The App includes the names and historical playing statistics of real baseball players. This is factual public-record information about those players and is not information about you.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here with a new "Last updated" date, and where a change affects what is collected, the App's store privacy details will be updated to match.
