Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how The Program ("the App," "we," "us") handles information when you use our iOS application. We built the App to be privacy-respecting: it is a single-player, offline game, and we do not operate accounts or servers that store your personal information. Please read this policy together with the privacy policies of the third-party services described below.

1. Information we do not collect

We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or contacts. Your game progress (your dynasty, roster, settings, and purchases status) is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to us.

2. Information collected by advertising partners

The App displays advertisements, including full-screen (interstitial) ads and optional opt-in (rewarded) ads, through Google AdMob. To serve and measure ads, Google and its partners may collect and process certain information, which can include:

a device advertising identifier (such as Apple's IDFA or IDFV);
coarse, non-precise information about your device (model, operating system, language, and general region);
ad interaction data (impressions, clicks, and whether a rewarded ad was completed); and
information used to limit repeated ads and to detect invalid or fraudulent activity.

3. App Tracking Transparency and ad personalization

Where required by Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework, the App will request your permission before any tracking that uses your device advertising identifier across apps and websites owned by other companies. If you do not grant permission, the App is designed to request non-personalized ads, which are still shown but are not based on cross-app tracking. You can review or change your choice at any time in Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking on your device.

4. In-app purchases

The App offers optional in-app purchases (for example, removing interstitial ads and a supporter pack). Purchases are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your payment card details. Apple's handling of your purchase and payment information is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.

5. Children's privacy

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App or an ad, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

6. Data retention and security

Because game data lives on your device, deleting the App removes that data. Any data processed by advertising or platform partners is retained according to their own policies. We take reasonable measures appropriate to a local, offline app to protect the limited data involved.

7. Your choices

Reset or limit ad tracking: use Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking and Apple Advertising on your device.
Remove ads: purchase the ad-removal option in the App.
Delete your data: delete the App from your device.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
