What to include

It helps us sort things out on the first reply:

• Which app you're writing about, and your device and iOS version.
• For a purchase problem — the email address on the account you bought with, and roughly when you bought it. Never send card numbers.
• For a bug — what you did, what happened, and what you expected instead. A screenshot is worth a paragraph.
• For an account or data request — write from the address on the account so we can verify it's you.
