This policy explains how PepFlow (“the App,” “we,” “us”) handles information. The App is a reconstitution calculator and a private log, published by Brown Fox LLC. We operate no servers, we have no account system, and we run no advertising, analytics, or tracking of any kind.
The App is designed to hold information that many people would consider sensitive: the substances you are measuring, the doses you calculate, the dates you record, your notes, and your body weight.
All of it stays on your device. It is written to your device’s own app storage — a local file and the standard app preferences — and it is never transmitted to us, never backed up to any service of ours, and never shared with anyone. We cannot read it. We could not produce it if we were asked to, because we do not have it.
If your device is set to back up to iCloud, that device backup may include the App’s local data, in the same way it includes other apps’ data. That backup is between you and Apple under Apple’s terms; it does not involve us.
Delete the App. Everything it stores lives on the device and is removed with it. There is no copy anywhere else, no account to close, and no request to send us. Deletion is permanent and we cannot recover your log.
Three network requests exist in the App. None of them carries anything that identifies you.
brownfoxgo.com listing public FDA actions and their dates,
so that information can be corrected without an app update. It is the same file
for every user, it is served as a static file, and it tells us nothing about who
requested it or what you were looking at.As with any request made over the internet, the operator of the receiving server can see the requesting device’s IP address. We do not receive, log, or have access to that information, and we do not associate it with anything. Those agencies handle what they receive under their own policies: NLM/NCBI and openFDA.
If you would rather nothing at all left your device, turn off network access for the App in Settings › PepFlow, or use Airplane Mode. The calculator, your vials, your cycles and your log all work fully offline. Only the reference lookups need a connection.
The App offers an optional one-time in-app purchase that unlocks additional features. Purchases are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see and never receive your payment details, card number, or billing address. The App stores only whether the unlock is active on your device, which it learns from Apple’s own receipt on that device.
The App is not directed to children and is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children — or from anyone. If you believe a child has been using the App, deleting it removes everything it holds.
We do not sell, rent, share, or disclose personal information, because we do not collect any. There is no advertising network, no data broker, no analytics vendor, and no third party with access to anything you enter.
Your information is protected by your device’s own protections — your passcode, Face ID or Touch ID, and iOS file protection. Anyone with access to your unlocked device can open the App and read your log, so if that matters to you, use a device passcode. Network requests use HTTPS.
Laws in some places, including the GDPR and the CCPA, give you rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, and to know whether it has been sold. We hold no personal information about you, so there is nothing for us to produce or erase, and nothing has ever been sold. Your data is already entirely in your possession, on your device. You may still contact us with any question at the address below.
If this policy changes we will update this page and the effective date at the top. Material changes will be noted in the App’s release notes.
