Privacy Policy

This policy explains how AC-130 Gunship Simulator (“the App,” “we,” “us”) handles information. The App is a single-player gunship simulation. It has no servers of its own, and it collects as little as it is possible to collect while still showing ads.

The short version: There is no account and no sign-up. We do not collect your name, your email, or your contacts. Your saved progress lives on your device and is never sent anywhere. The App shows ads through Google AdMob, which uses device identifiers to serve and measure them, and you can change or withdraw that choice at any time from the main menu.

1. Information we do not collect

No account, login, or sign-up is required or offered.
We do not ask for or collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, or precise location.
We operate no servers and no backend. There is nowhere for us to send your information even if we wanted it.
We run no analytics or crash-reporting SDKs of our own.

2. Information stored on your device

Your settings, best times, and purchase entitlement are stored locally using your device’s own app storage. This data stays on your device, is never transmitted to us, and is deleted when you delete the App.

3. Advertising (Google AdMob)

The App shows ads supplied by Google AdMob: a full-screen ad that appears occasionally between sorties, and an optional rewarded ad you may choose to watch to arm the 105 mm howitzer for a single sortie. To serve and measure those ads, Google and its partners may collect and process:

device advertising identifiers (the Identifier for Advertisers on iOS, the Advertising ID on Android);
device and app information (device model, operating-system version, app version);
coarse, non-precise location inferred from your IP address;
ad-interaction data — which ads were shown and tapped — used for frequency capping, fraud prevention, and measurement.

This processing is carried out by Google, not by us. See How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services and the Google Privacy Policy.

Buying the one-time Full Unlock removes the between-sorties ads permanently. Rewarded ads remain available if you choose to watch one.

4. Your choices

Consent: where required — the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland — the App presents Google’s consent form before requesting any ad. You can reopen it at any time from the main menu › Privacy options and change or withdraw your choice.
App Tracking Transparency (iOS): the App asks permission before allowing tracking across other companies’ apps and websites. Declining is a normal outcome — you will still see ads, but they will be less personalised.
Your device settings: you can reset or limit your advertising identifier at any time. iOS: Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking and › Apple Advertising. Android: Settings › Privacy › Ads.

5. Purchases

In-app purchases are processed entirely by Apple or Google. We never see your payment details. The App receives only a confirmation that a purchase completed, and records on your device that you own it. See the Apple Privacy Policy or the Google Privacy Policy for how they handle that transaction.

6. Children

The App is not directed to children under 13, and it is not offered in a children’s category. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age where you live). If you believe a child has used the App and you have a concern, email us and we will help.

7. Security and retention

Because your game data lives only on your device, its security depends on your device’s own protections. Information handled by Google for advertising is retained and secured under Google’s policies. We hold no profile about you, so there is nothing on our side to retain, breach, or hand over.

8. Your rights

If you are in the EEA, the UK, or another region with data-protection law, the legal basis for ad-related processing is your consent, which the consent form above lets you give or withdraw. Because we hold no personal data ourselves, a request to access or delete your data is satisfied by deleting the App, which removes everything stored on the device. 9. Changes

We may update this policy as the App changes. The effective date above reflects the current version.
