By downloading or using AC-130 Gunship Simulator (“the App”) you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
The App is a single-player simulation. You are the sensor operator and gunner aboard a gunship orbiting a target area at night: you read an infrared feed, work out what you are looking at, and decide whether to fire. It is entertainment. The theater, callsigns, and every unit on the ground are fictional.
Everything in the App is virtual. There is no wager, no lottery, no prize, and no game of chance played for value. Real money buys only the item described in section 4, and that item stays inside the App and has no cash value.
The App is set in a fictional theater and does not depict, target, or single out any real country, government, military, people, culture, or organization as an enemy. Aircraft and armament designations refer to matters of published fact and are used descriptively. The aerial imagery is public-domain USGS NAIP photography of United States terrain. The physics and ballistics are simplified for the sake of a game. Nothing in the App is military, tactical, or any other kind of advice, and it must not be relied on for any real decision.
The App shows ads from Google AdMob, including an optional rewarded ad you may choose to watch. We do not control which specific ads appear. See the Privacy Policy for what advertising involves and how to change your choices.
Settings and best times live on your device and nowhere else. We cannot see them, recover them, or restore them. Deleting the App deletes them permanently. The Full Unlock entitlement is tied to your store account and can be restored; the saved progress cannot.
You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for your own entertainment. You may not copy, sell, rent, reverse-engineer, decompile, or make derivative works from the App except where that restriction is prohibited by law.
Aircraft and gun designations are descriptive references to matters of fact and imply no affiliation with, endorsement by, or sponsorship from any armed force, government body, or manufacturer. Callsigns, ground units, and the theater are fictional. The underlying aerial imagery is public-domain USGS NAIP photography.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of data loss.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data or lost saved progress, arising from your use of the App. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the App and its in-app purchases in the twelve months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow these exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
We may update these Terms as the App changes. Continuing to use the App after an update means you accept the revised Terms. The effective date above reflects the current version.
