Survivor Sundays · Effective 17 August 2026

Survivor Sundays is published by Brown Fox LLC. This policy explains what the app collects, why, and who else can see it. It covers the iOS app and the Survivor Sundays website.

What we collect

Your account. An email address and password to sign in, and a first and last name, which the app requires so people in your league can tell who picked what. Passwords are stored hashed by our authentication provider; we never see them.

A profile picture, if you add one. Optional. The app asks for photo library access only at the moment you choose an image, and only the image you pick is uploaded.

What you do in a league. Which leagues you belong to, the team you pick each week, whether you are still alive, and anything you post to a league message board, including replies and reactions.

Purchase records. If you buy premium, we store a record that your account is entitled to it and a reference from the payment processor so a dispute can be reconciled later.

What we do not collect

Profile and league pictures are publicly readable. They are served from a public storage bucket so they can load next to a name on a roster. Anyone with the image's direct link can view it. Don't upload anything you would not want seen outside your league.

Who else processes your data

Both are independent companies with their own privacy policies, and both keep ordinary operational records such as server logs and IP addresses in the course of running the service. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone beyond the providers listed above except where the law requires it.

Who can see what

Members of a league can see each other's names, profile pictures, weekly picks, elimination status and message board posts. Your email address is not shown to other members. Your purchase records are visible only to you.

Keeping and deleting your data

We keep your account and league history while your account exists, so standings and past seasons stay intact. You can ask us to delete your account and its data at any time by writing to contact@brownfoxgo.com. Deletion removes your profile, picks and posts. Records we are required to keep for tax or payment-dispute purposes may be retained.

Children

Survivor Sundays is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has created an account, write to us and we will remove it.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we will update the effective date above and, where the change is significant, note it in the app.
