Survivor Sundays keeps track of survivor-style football pools. You join or create a league, pick one team each week, and the app records who advanced and who is out. It is a record-keeping and scoreboard tool for a group that already knows each other.
Whoever creates a league administers it and can approve or remove members. Don't post anything abusive, harassing, hateful, or unlawful to a league board, and don't upload a picture you have no right to use. We can remove content or accounts that break these rules. The app includes tools to block and report other members, and we review reports.
Premium is an optional one-time purchase that unlocks additional features on your account and stays with that account across devices and seasons. Payment is handled by our payment processor. Because it is a digital product delivered immediately, purchases are generally final; if something went wrong with yours, write to us and we will sort it out.
We try to keep the app running and accurate, particularly around kickoff, but we don't guarantee it will always be available or error-free. Schedule and score data comes from third-party sources and can be wrong or late. The league administrator's decision, not the app, is the final word on any disputed result. We may change or discontinue features.
The app is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent the law allows. Brown Fox LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from a private arrangement between league members. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
You can stop using the app and request deletion at any time by writing to contact@brownfoxgo.com. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Dakota, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
