Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of The Program ("the App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. License

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own non-commercial entertainment on Apple devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and to the Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which applies to the App.

2. Fictional content

The App is a simulation. Team names, locations, colors, records, and similar factual references are used for identification and historical accuracy. Players, rosters, coaches' attributes, and in-game events are generated or fictionalized and do not represent real individuals. The App does not use any team, league, or organization logos or trademarks.

3. In-app purchases and virtual items

The App offers optional in-app purchases processed by Apple through the App Store.
Virtual items and in-game currency (including, without limitation, booster funds and scouting tokens) have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real money or goods, and are non-transferable.
All purchases are final except as required by applicable law. Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with App Store policies; we cannot issue refunds directly.
We may modify, balance, or discontinue virtual items and features over time.

4. Advertising

The App displays advertising, including optional rewarded ads you may choose to view in exchange for in-game benefits. Advertisements are provided by third parties, and we are not responsible for the content of any ad or any product or service it promotes. Ad-serving is governed by the third parties' terms and by our Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, tamper with, or attempt to circumvent the App's paid features, ad systems, or purchase mechanisms, except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.

6. No warranty

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of data loss.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or progress, arising from your use of or inability to use the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed the amount you paid for it, if any.

8. Changes to the App and Terms

We may update, change, or discontinue the App or any feature at any time. We may also revise these Terms; material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which the developer resides, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
