This policy explains how Lone Star Baron (“the App,” “we,” “us”) handles information. The App is a single-player ranching simulation. It has no servers of its own, and it collects as little as it is possible to collect while still showing ads.
Your saved outfits, settings, and purchase entitlements are stored locally using your device’s own app storage. This data stays on your device, is never transmitted to us, and is deleted when you delete the App.
The App shows ads supplied by Google AdMob: a full-screen ad that appears occasionally between turns, and optional rewarded ads you may choose to watch in exchange for something in the game. To serve and measure those ads, Google and its partners may collect and process:
This processing is carried out by Google, not by us. See How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services and the Google Privacy Policy.
Buying the Landowner’s Pass removes the between-turns ads permanently. Rewarded ads remain available if you choose to watch one.
In-app purchases are processed entirely by Apple or Google. We never see your payment details. The App receives only a confirmation that a purchase completed, and records on your device that you own it. See the Apple Privacy Policy or the Google Privacy Policy for how they handle that transaction.
The App is not directed to children under 13, and it is not offered in a children’s category. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age where you live). If you believe a child has used the App and you have a concern, email us and we will help.
Because your game data lives only on your device, its security depends on your device’s own protections. Information handled by Google for advertising is retained and secured under Google’s policies. We hold no profile about you, so there is nothing on our side to retain, breach, or hand over.
If you are in the EEA, the UK, or another region with data-protection law, the legal basis for ad-related processing is your consent, which the consent form above lets you give or withdraw. Because we hold no personal data ourselves, a request to access or delete your data is satisfied by deleting the App, which removes everything stored on the device. For data held by Google, contact Google using the links above.
We may update this policy as the App changes. The effective date above reflects the current version.
